The company, with registered headquarters in Gozon, Spain, is a private firm engaged in the exportation, distribution and marketing of metal products which are used in the metallurgic and mining industries. The company was incorporated as Sociedad limitada in December of 2005. In addition, the company is also involved in the manufacture of basic iron as well as steel and ferro-alloys (ECSC). The company's products include packaging steels such as blackplate (a sheet or strip of steel with no coating), tinplate (a thin sheet or strip of soft steel) and chromium coated steel (a sheet or strip of steel coated with a layer of chrome less than a micron thick).
